Part-Time Administrator
Theology of the Body Cleveland (TOB CLE) exists to teach Pope Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body throughout the Diocese of Cleveland. Our mission is to share with people the truth of their origin and destiny so that they may live in the freedom of Christ now and forever. We accomplish our mission through teaching in Catholic schools and parishes and offering events such as TOB courses, book studies, and retreats.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented part-time Administrator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the classes, book studies, and events led by the TOB CLE Associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20/week, flexible schedule

Responsibilities:
Office Bookkeeping

Invoice schools and parishes
-
Track expenses and receipts
-
Manage account payables and receivables
-
Maintain event budgets
-
Monitor the development dashboard

Support grant writing
Administrative Support

Contact and schedule with schools and parishes

Monitor the schedule dashboard

Support event planning, execution and follow-up

Order books and supplies
Qualifications:

Strong computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and Aplos or another accounting platform

Excellent organization and communication skills and attention to detail

A desire to support the TOB CLE ministry and a passion to further its mission
